Fall 2026 New Student Orientation

Information About Orientation:

• Date: September 10
• Time: Check-in begins at 8:45 AM
• Location: Bellevue College U-Building, Floor 3, Room 301 and 302
• Parking: You must pay to park.
  • Pay-Station lot: Lot 12
  • Online payment lots: 1, 3, 4, 7, 8, or 10
  • Pay for Parking Online – Search Bellevue College
  • Parking Map
• Bring These Items:
  • Passport and Visa
  • I-20 document
  • Your U.S. address– example below:
    • 1099 Maple St Apartment #600, Bellevue WA 98004
    • 3000 Landerholm Circle SE Building U, Room 202, Bellevue, WA 98007
  • Lunch will be provided to students at 12:00 PM
• Guests: Including parents, families, friends, and more.
  • Will sit at designated tables, lunch is served to students first.

What Will Be Covered:

• Learn about F-1 visa rules, classes & enrollment, insurance, student policies, & more.
• Meet your International Advisors
• Complete your Check-in:
  • Log in to the Intl. Student Portal
  • Start ‘New Student Check-in‘
  • Upload:
    • I-94
    • F-1 visa
    • Signed I-20
    • Your local contact information and emergency contact.
    • Click ‘Submit’
