11:00am - 11:30am: IEW Kickoff Parade from the L-courtyard to the Cafeteria.  Meet at the L building courtyard at 11am.
11:30am - 11:40am: IEW Opening Speech - in the Cafeteria.
11:45am - 1:20pm:
* Cultural games by various student groups
* Food Samplings while supplies last:  Vegetarian Spring Rolls and Shrimp Dumplings

1:30pm - 2:00pm:  Native American Heritage Month:  A documentary video about “Celebrating Traditions” - in Cafeteria
