Customer Service Advice from Seattle Marriott Redmond

The Office Procedures and Customer Service spring course would like to thank OLS Bellevue College Board Member John Piazzini and the Seattle Marriott Redmond hotel staff for an educational and inspiring class visit on Exceptional Customer Service.

The students learned about the Marriott’s core values: putting people first, pursuing excellence, embracing change, acting with integrity, and serving our world. The students were also given a tour and explanation of job responsibilities of each of the Departments and tips on providing exceptional customer service.
