Adventure Awaits! A Wellness Center adventure will expand your outdoor adventure knowledge while creating a community of others who value the effect of green space on your personal wellness. Bike trips, open water paddles, rock climbing, guided hikes and overnight excursions – these adventures are created to be repeated for years to come.
Competition and Play! During Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters, you’ll find a wide variety of intramural events to get you active and engaged. From weekly drop-in leagues to one-day tournaments, bring your talents to share. Offerings rotate quarterly based on attendance and suggestions.
The BC Wellness Center works to enhance our campus climate and enrich the quality of life on campus by fostering growth within the seven dimensions of wellness through outdoor recreation: Social, emotional, mental, physical, environmental, spiritual and occupational. We work to provide barrier free access and instruction in a wide variety of adventure options to any and all BC students.
We work in collaboration with the Campus Activities Board to ensure our offerings reach as many students as possible. We have a student advisory board that meets quarterly to suggest and guide future events and student engagement.
