Eligibility Information:

The CEO Program is an Open Doors Youth Re-engagement Program. Students must meet the following qualifications for entry into the CEO program:

  • Age 16-21 years old
    • Students must be 16 years old by September 1st to begin that academic year
    • Students who are not 16 by September 1st will need to wait until the next school year to begin
    • Students who turn 21 between September 2nd – December 31st will be able to attend until the end of that school year
    • Student who are 21 years old before September 1st are not eligible for the Youth Open Doors Re-engagement Program. Students can review adult based programs through the Basic and Transitional Studies BATS Webpage
  • Your Resident School District must release you to attend our Youth Re-engagment Program
    • During the admission process the student will complete the Attendance Variance Release Form with the Washington School District that your live in based on your service district
  • Are credit deficient or have a recommendation from a approved entity stating that the student is unlikely to graduate from a traditional or alternative high school by the age of 21
    • We require all student be recommended to the program. During the admission process students will complete the Recommendation for Re-engagement.
    • Review the document to see a list of approved entities.
  • Have to earned a high school diploma or college certificate or degree (students with a General Educational Development Certificate (GED) may still qualify for the program)
  • Must live in a school district we have a agreement with

What is Not Covered in the CEO Program:

  • Housing (Dorms/Rent)
  • Parking Permits (Parking is enforced 24/7 on campus)
  • Parking Fines
  • Library/Media Center Fines
