INFORMATION ON SVX
As it turns out, we left out a step in Thursday’s guide to SVX – and apologize for any inconvenience you might have experienced. If you click on this link, it will bring you to a document with the complete instructions.
SVX is the practice site that allows you to confirm your login credentials, practice your workflows, and check security permissions.
There are two things to keep in mind:
- Once we go live, you will need to activate your account again in the REAL ctcLink (again, this is just practice).
- SVX access goes away end-of-day Nov. 4!
IMPORTANT DATES
Nov. 4 – HP will be shut down at 12 p.m. (no more data inputs)
Nov. 8 – ctcLink will go live
Nov. 15 – P-Cards are reactivated
