SBCTC hosts a detailed PeopleSoft guide called the ctcLink Reference Center.  Though this is a great resource for detailed instructions on how a particular aspect of ctcLink will work, it can be occasionally confusing if you are not familiar with its conventions.

This site features a blog on ctcLink that includes updates from schools that have already gone live.

If you encounter issues with the site functionality that is not the result of user error, contact your supervisor to submit a Solar Winds ticket to state board, who will reach out to resolve the issue.

Improvements to ctcLink in its functionality are handled at SBTCTC via Enhancement Requests. These are facilitated by Bellevue College’s Business Analysts, who bring the matter up in state-wide collaboration groups and advocates for improvements to SBCTC. You can contact the Business Analyst team at ctclink@bellevuecollege.edu

Degree audits are now known as Academic Advisement Reports (AARs). The former degree audit tool remains available, but it not updated with the latest catalog information or any academic information beyond Summer Quarter 2021.

AARs are being built in ctcLink based on program enrollment (degrees and certificates with the highest enrollment are built first). Check the status of each degree and certificate in ctcLink through the AAR Processing Dashboard.
