Bellevue College has partnered with Rave Mobile Safety to offer an emergency alert notification system called Rave Alert. The Rave Alert service delivers reliable emergency text and email messages to you anytime there is an emergency on campus that poses a safety concern for the community. Counseling Center

The Counseling Center offers free, confidential, and culturally responsive personal mental health, educational, career, and drop-in crisis counseling to all enrolled students. Faculty/staff consultations regarding student mental health issues are also provided, and counselors teach Human Development (HD) classes. 

Public Safety

This department provides round-the-clock campus security and manages traffic safety, parking, crime prevention, and emergency preparedness and response.

Title IX Office

Title IX addresses concerns and provides protection from discrimination extends to faculty, staff and students and includes such things as: sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, gender-identity and pregnancy. It also prohibits retaliation against anyone who makes or participates in a complaint. The TitleIX Office is here to support individuals while they are connected to campus.
