The issue specifically arises when using the International Student/Scholar Portal (ISS Portal), presenting an “Ah! Snap” screen accompanied by an error code “STATUS_STACK_OVERFLOW.”
Until further notice, please temporary use an alternate browser, like Microsoft Edge, Safari, or FireFox, to use the ISS Portal.
