To protect yourself from scams, follow these tips:
- Avoid wiring money through wire services.
- Never share personal financial information, such as bank account numbers, credit card details, or eBay/PayPal account information.

Bellevue College Housing Frequently Asked Questions Website
I am under 18, how do I sign my housing contract?
- Underage Students: After you receive, accept, and submit your offer your parents/guardians will be sent a guardian contract. This contract is sent out at a later date than the student contract. Please accept the student contract by the deadline.
Can an F-1 student on an approved vacation term live on campus with fewer than 6 credits?
- According to the Housing Director, the 6-credit requirement doesn’t apply during the summer quarter. For other quarters (fall, winter, and spring), F-1 students who are allowed to take fewer than 6 credits (like during an approved vacation quarter) should let the Housing Director know. The Housing office will be flexible in these cases.
