Monthly Leadership Seminars
Seminars are free and open to all participants.
“Cookies & Learning” Leadership Seminars are a fun, high quality leadership training geared specifically towards the needs of student organizations. Participants expand their knowledge in areas such as how to recruit members, assertive communication, dealing with emotions, and influencing others.
Retreats are day-long workshops offered between quarters. The free workshops offer an opportunity to engage with experts from the community in topics such as diversity, dealing with micro-aggression, bystander intervention, and using a mix of traditional and non-traditional techniques.
Conferences for Leaders
Attending leadership conferences offers students the opportunity to travel, network, and build connections that lead to student success and spur new career interests.
the stories you told us [in class] were the best lessons ever! I think you are awesome!
