What advice would you give a student: It’s never too early to start planning your transfer to a university. Talk to your BC advisor, visit universities, and talk to advisors and current students there. Ask what they like about the university and what transfer students should know. Even if your interests change, you’ll gain information to help you in the future.
Hobbies and/or Interests: I love music and theatre, particularly choral music and I currently sing in the Seattle Peace Chorus. I am also an avid hiker and gardener and try to get outside as much as possible, even in the winter months by snowshoeing. I have begun hiking long-distance trails where you can go from town to town – so you don’t have to camp or carry all the supplies for camping – and recently hiked half of the Fisherman’s Trail in Portugal this way.
