Whether you are taking a Bellevue College Community Education Personal Enrichment, 55+ TELOS Lifelong Learners, or Language noncredit class, we know sometimes you have questions. We’ve pulled together answers, resources, policies and forms designed to help your find the answers you need, but if you don’t find answers to your questions, please reach out to our Community Education Customer Service team, we’d be happy to help.

How to Register for Community Education Classes

There is no application process to register for Bellevue College Community Education noncredit Personal Enrichment, Language, and TELOS Lifelong Learners 55+ classes. Register online or over the phone Monday through Friday with Community Education Customer Service at (425) 564-2263.

How do I create my NetID?  

Your NetID is your electronic identity at Bellevue College. Your NetID username and password allow you to log in to online and computing services such as email, Canvas, and computers on campus. Once you have been issued your college SID (system Identification number) and PIN (password) you will need to create your NetID online.  Create Your NetID. Students Under Age 18

Underage Policy: Bellevue College Community Education provides educational offerings primarily for adult learners. Unless a course or program is specifically geared toward a younger age group, students under 18 years may be granted permission to enroll according to the following guidelines.

  • 16 and 17 year old students may enroll in some classes with the required release form. However, certain classes require a minimum age of 18.
  • 12 and 15 year old students may enroll in some classes if accompanied by a parent or adult guardian over 18 registered and participating in the same class.
  • Students under 12 years of age may enroll only in classes specifically designed for that age group.
Accessing Student Accounts (Canvas and CampusCE)

Canvas Login: You will need to enter your NetID and password.

CampusCE Login: Login to your student account to register for classes.

Online Course Support

Online courses require an internet connection and the ability to interact both through audio and video using either a web cam/microphone, speakers/headset using a computer or via a mobile phone connection. Depending upon the class, students will need to download either Zoom or Microsoft Teams apps to attend and participate in class sessions. There is no additional cost for these applications. Security
All online registrations are processed through CampusCE, which has been authorized by Bellevue College Community Education. CampusCE is a Verisign-secure site.

Social Security Number
Your SSN is confidential, and under federal law, it is protected and will not be disclosed to
unauthorized parties. Disclosure may be authorized for the purposes of state and federal financial aid, Hope/Lifetime Learning tax credits, academic transcripts or accountability research.

Privacy
Bellevue College Community Education is committed to making sure your personal information remains confidential. We will not sell, loan, or provide any of your personal information to anyone outside of Bellevue College. When using our online registration system, you will be given the choice to save your name, address, and other information for your convenience when using the system the next time. If you choose not to save this information, you will be asked to enter it again the next time you register. Credit card information cannot be saved through the registration system. This sensitive information will need to be re-entered each time you register through the web.
