Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) Sample Plans
Look at our Plan of Study that lays out the 6-quarter and 10-quarter programs.
We offer the six-quarter, full-time program for students who would like to complete the ADN program. Typically, classes and labs are offered during the day. Clinical hours may vary depending on a facility’s schedule availability. New students start in Fall or Winter quarter and do not take nursing classes during Summer quarter.
We offer the ten-quarter, part-time program for students who are interested in becoming a registered nurse, but have other responsibilities or work obligations that interfere with their abilities to attend the full-time program. In the ten-quarter program, classes and labs are offered in evenings and weekends. Clinical hours may vary depending on facility’s schedule availability. New students start in Spring quarter only and take nursing classes year-round, including Summer quarter.
If you haven’t previously completed 10 credits of approved humanities or social science, you will need to take those in addition to the nursing classes in order to graduate.
