As the STEM industry grows ever larger, a blatant pattern emerges concerning diversity in the industry. As of 2021 over 65 percent of STEM related jobs are dominated by males. However, our organization aims to support a more diverse representation and further career opportunities for minorities in the STEM industry. We seek to be an inclusive and friendly space for everybody considering a career in the STEM industry.
