Exploring Bezi: Unleashing Creativity in 3D Design

Bezi logo for blog article

Bezi is an intuitive platform that facilitates spatial design through 3D whiteboarding, advanced prototyping, and seamless handoff to development. With cross-platform functionality, Bezi is designed for both desktop and mobile, and it seamlessly integrates with VR and mobile AR. It’s inspired by popular 2D design tools like Figma and Canva, making it accessible to both 3D experts and beginners.

This blog post highlights our journey with Bezi, participating in two exciting challenges, and delves into our experience using this versatile tool. In our personal experience, Bezi stands out as a powerful tool with immense potential. Its user-friendly interface enables users to swiftly create cross-platform experiences, regardless of their 3D expertise. We found it easy to learn and start using, making it a valuable addition to any design toolkit.

We participated in two Bezi challenges, and here’s a brief overview of our submissions:

Challenge #1: Explore Portals in AR

In this challenge, we let our creativity run wild by designing portals in Bezi. We created three portals next to sculptures of Picasso, Kahlo, and Bruegel, which we had fashioned using Polycam and Luma. These portals were brought to life with 360-degree AI images created using Midjurney. Our AR experience added an intriguing dimension to these iconic sculptures, and we proudly shared it with the Bezi community.

Challenge #2: Game Concept Design Challenge

The Game Concept Design Challenge was a thrilling journey. Our submission featured an immersive 3D game concept designed to captivate players and push the boundaries of interactive storytelling. We transported players into a maze and challenged them to collect planets while avoiding a UFO. The ultimate goal was to unlock a portal to another dimension. This project, called “AR Space Maze,” was a collaborative effort, focusing on intuitive mechanics and multiplatform compatibility.

In summary, Bezi is an impressive platform that facilitates innovative 3D design, and our experience participating in their challenges was both enriching and exciting. If you’re looking to unlock your team’s creative potential and explore the world of 3D design, Bezi is the perfect tool to embark on that journey.
