Preparation is needed to apply to the RNR program. Be aware of the requirements and timelines so you can apply successfully.
Apply to RNR Program
Download fillable application and save it to your computer. Complete and send the application, along with the other four required application materials listed below, to CNE@bellevuecollege.edu. Please make sure the file you attached has your name in the title.
- RNR Application Form
- Be sure to include the following:
- Current professional resume
- Conviction/Criminal History Disclosure PDF
- CPR Card for BLS Provider – American Heart Association (Must be signed, and include front and back of card). We will not accept other types of CPR certification.
- CPNW Clinical Passport
Application Update: The RN Refresher Program has added an additional application requirement of a completed CPNW Clinical Passport for all future applicants, including Spring 2026. Applicants only interested in taking the theory portion of the program do NOT need to submit this document.
