The Leadership Institute in the Office of Student Programs continues to provide leadership events open for all BC students. Staff and faculty are also welcome to attend.
Excellence is not accidental. Conversely, success is purposeful and this is especially true with women in leadership who must face sexism far too often. Preparation is not always the easiest task, but it’s possible with the support of sister circles. The presenter utilizes pop culture references and real-life examples on how women of color lead, maintain sister circles, and slay while doing so! Participants will also analyze their sister circles and create tangible ideas on expanding their sisterhood to cultivate their own NEXT level leadership.
