Murtabak is a popular street food commonly found in the Arabian Peninsula and Southeast Asia. This delicious treat is a multi-layered pancake that can be made savory or sweet. Share with your fellow students and learn Murtabak’s history and spread from the Arabian Peninsula to Southeast Asian nations, and the multiple variations of its cooking styles between cultures.
