C-Building Dining Area

C-Building Bathrooms (Interior bathrooms in Student Union)
- Planned start mid-September (Goal to have demolition completed before Fall quarter).

- Improvements:
- Complete demolition of current bathrooms.
- All new floors, walls, paint, etc.
- Conversion of 1 area to be all-gender.
- New facilities – sinks, toilets, partition dividers
Larger Student Union Project
- Planned start late fall/ early winter
- Projected construction timeline 1/27/25 – 5/6/25
- Improvements:
- Improved FFE throughout building (new flooring, new furniture, new paint, etc.)
- Updated space use
- Increase lounge space
- Separation of spaces in C212 to better utilize space when there are multiple uses.
- Integrate MCS space with U206 lounge
Serving Area and Kitchen Renovation
