PAW Putt Mini-Golf Hole Competition – Deadline Extended!

Students and President May looking on at an attempt at a PAW Putt mini golf station.

UPDATE: Deadline Extended! As part of the BC Bulldog Days going all this week, we are excited to see that several groups have joined the PAW Putt Competition!

Due to a busy time with mid-terms, the deadline to submit entries has been extended to Wednesday, Nov. 26. If you already have your entry in (or even if you don’t!) you can still come out and enjoy this week’s Nov. 6 Paw Putt Mini Golf Hole Competition. We’ll hold a second golf course on Nov. 26 to get all the remaining entries.

For Nov. 26, each Student Org, Program or Department should send at least one representative to the L-Courtyard at 12:30 PM to set up the PAW Putt sections for a 1 PM round of mini-golf for fun and prizes.

We will still have a short session this Thursday, 11/6 at 10 AM in the L-Courtyard and hope this change will accommodate more groups joining the fun.

If you have questions, please contact b.huggins@bellevuecollege.edu

Join the BC Paw Putt Mini-Golf Hole Contest as part of BC Bulldog Days!
We’re bringing this fun activity back to the campus and giving groups the opportunity to build their own mini-golf hole section! We’ll join them all together for a golf course during BC Bulldog Days. Vote for your favorite! Each mini-golf section will be rated on the below criteria with three additional optional points for creativity, fun to play and teamwork! Prizes include BC Swag, some cool donations and other unexpected items!

  • No more than three feet in length and width (can be taller as long as it will not fall over)
  • Easily carried to and from Paw Putt course (BC Courtyards) and only require minimal disassembly to move.
  • Incorporate some form of BC symbolism or imagery (bulldog logo, BC logo, department or club logo).
  • Must interact with a mini golf ball in some way (ball can roll over, around or through obstacle).
  • Must have a mini golf hole of some type with a final ending point.
  • Extra points for mini-golf sections that consider sustainable materials (utilize re-used, recycled or up-cycled materials)
  • Extra points for positive representation of your department or services or however your group identifies.

Deadline to submit application is Sunday, November 2.  Apply Now to submit your group’s design!
On November 5 kand 6 we’ll host the Mini Golf tournament in the BC Courtyards.
