FACULTY SUPPORT

As faculty (Nov. 12) and student (Nov. 17) ctcLink access dates approach, please note the following services that the faculty advocate team has planned. You can find additional information on the ctcLink Faculty website:

  • A student assignment, available now in Canvas Commons, that walks students through the process of retrieving their ctcLink IDs (it also includes links to tutorials)
  • An announcement about the ctcLink transition to read to students or drop into Canvas.
  • An all-faculty meeting (Nov 15, 1:30 – 3 p.m.) that will include a demo by Student Services of the student registration process
  • Info sessions with live walkthroughs of ctcLink faculty functions
  • A planned assignment for registration
  • Live Zoom support, email support, and request center ticketing support
  • Faculty Center Walkthroughs: Nov. 12 at 10 a.m., 12 p.m. and 2 p.m.
  • Live walkthrough of how to submit grades in ctcLink (dates and times to be announced)

In addition to the above, faculty advocates are available daily to walk faculty through setting up their ctcLink accounts and accessing the ctcLink Faculty Center for the first time.

We will also have extra support hours on your first day in ctcLink and when grades are due.

LAST THOUGHT

As instructors, our purpose is to support the students who choose to attend Bellevue College, and we have provided as many resources as possible to make this transition a success for everyone.

If additional support is needed above and beyond the resources at your disposal, please contact us via email or in our support hours and we will work together to find a solution.
