Ariane Hayes serves as Program Chair and Senior Associate Faculty in Allied Health at Bellevue College. She is the founder of the Medical Assisting Program and previously served as Dean of the Health Sciences, Education, and Wellness Institute (HSEWI). A professional-technical professor since 2008, Ariane earned her first tenure at Whatcom Community College, where she served as Program Director and Practicum Coordinator in the CAAHEP-accredited Medical Assisting Program. With over 15 years of experience in academic leadership, she is dedicated to advancing high-quality, inclusive healthcare education and creating pathways that prepare students for success in allied health careers.
