ctcLink Training

The best thing you, as an employee, can do to help ensure our smooth transition to ctcLink is to complete the trainings identified for your role.

These trainings will be offered in three phases which are detailed below:  

  • Phase 1 involves high-level, self-paced, introductory courses designed to give you an overview of the new system. Phase 1 is now open for self-registration Please check below for deadlines.
  • Phase 2 training is designed to address key concepts and pain points associated with the subject area. It is not a full training, but rather provides “nuggets” of information to compliment the self-paced training.  Phase 2 training will be available in August.
  • Phase 3 training will occur in September/October/November and will be interactive, end-to-end training. This is where you will have the opportunity to ask detailed questions and pose unique scenarios to the facilitator.

UsersParticipation
All StaffAll staff will need to complete the SBCTC self-paced courses by June 30. Please ask your supervisor for time to complete your training.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) ParticipantsIf you are assigned to participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, your deadline is May 31. The earlier deadline allows the State Board to populate security roles to your ctcLink profile ahead of the User Acceptance Testing activities scheduled for August. Participants in these activities have been informed via email.
FacultyFaculty will be participating in Phase 1 and Phase 3 of ctcLink Training. You can view the list of required Phase 1 trainings here: Faculty Training.

Faculty training details were communicated in the March 15 Faculty ctcLink Training update. Please note that the training completion date for Faculty has been extended to May 17th.

As a reminder, ctcLink is not yet available. Log in instructions will be available in the Fall before we go live November 8th.
