Welcome to ctcLink

All faculty are invited to activate their ctcLink account using myaccount.ctcLink.usand following the prompts. A how-to guide is now posted online.  

Here’s what to do first:

  • Activate your ctcLink account: Step-by-step instructions are available on the Faculty  How Do I…?page.(Select the accordion box for Account Activation.).  
  • Verify Your Courses in ctcLink: Faculty members, once you have activated your account, you are encouraged to verify your courses in ctcLink. If you do not see a course you are expecting to see attached to your name, please contact your division office.    
  • Update Direct Deposit & Emergency Contact – but nothing else! You may notice discrepancies in your personal details – do not change your personal information in ctcLink before Dec. 1. Please allow HR until Dec. 1 to make corrections.  
  • If you encounter technical problems while trying to activate your account, please contact the IT Helpdesk. Be sure to tell them if you work at multiple colleges.          
  • If you forget your ctcLink ID number, use the ID lookup tool.  

Attention: Faculty who work at other colleges  
If you work at a college already using ctcLink, there is no need to activate your account again – it is the same account.  

Students will receive activation instructions on Nov. 17. Note: Student employees who activate their accounts this week as employees also see (and activate) their student self-service. All other students will be invited to activate their ctcLink account starting Nov. 17.

Support Structure   
If questions come up, start with the “How do I?” section of the website. Common first day questions include:    

  • How do I activate my account? (answer: check the How Do I section)   

If you still have problems, please contact the Faculty Advocates virtually, via email or ticket.  Be sure to tell them if you work at multiple colleges.

Monday   8 a.m. to 1 p.m.  
Tuesday     8 a.m. to 1 p.m.  
Wednesday   1 p.m. to 4 p.m.  
Thursday    12 p.m. to 3 p.m.  
Friday    11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Nov. 12 – 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. (First day in ctcLink!)   
Dec. 18 & 19 – 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. (the weekend before grades are due)   
Dec. 20 – 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. (the day grades are due)   

Learning Opportunities   
Our faculty training pagehas the most up-to-date information on what info sessions are coming up.  

Here are a few sessions happening today, Nov. 12:    

  • Faculty Center Walkthrough: Nov. 12 at 10 a.m., 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., and Nov. 15 at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.
  • Submitting Grades in ctcLink: Dec 13, 14 and 20th 10-10:30am, 12-12:30 p.m. 2-2:30 p.m.  

Student Assignment  
Faculty can find the student enrollment assignment by searching BC ctcLink Student Enrollment Assignment in Canvas Commons. We suggest adding a due date of November 30. Here are instructions how to import the assignment from Commons.
