Wait no more! Here is your annual faculty event, the Summer GAMEs (Guidance for Accessible Materials in Education) 2025 – Slow and Steady, Smart and Ready! In our continued efforts to support you, we have put together engaging sessions and workshops with accessibility as its core theme. We are offering the Summer GAMEs 2025 on multiple days and in multiple ways to give you the flexibility to participate by choosing a “Venue” that works best with your schedule. Come join us to become one of our Accessibility Champions by participating, learning and implementing the strategies in your Canvas courses to make them more accessible for all your students. Registration is capped at 100 participants, so register soon to save your spot. All faculty participants will earn a $100 stipend and Six Professional Development hours upon completion of requirements.

Venue A
30-minute Byte-Sized PD sessions were offered throughout Spring term. If you attended one or more of these sessions, you can still register for this Venue.
Venue B
Learn at your own pace from the online asynchronous Summer GAMEs Canvas course available over summer term.
Venue C
1/2 day (9 AM – 12:30 PM) live training session during the Summer term. Choose one of the following dates. Limited to 20 attendees per date.
