There are eLearning Myths & Facts, Student Guides for tools used within Canvas, and other Student Resources.

Student Canvas Training at Bellevue College is provided in three ways by the eLearning department.
Instructor-Led Online Workshops – Offered the start of the quarter.
Live 60-minute Training – Offered the first five days of the quarter at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm.
Peer to Peer Live Training Offered all quarter long.

Student Canvas Instructor-Led Online Workshop
This is a free, non-credit workshop, held online, over four consecutive half-days, and is designed for students who are new to Online Learning at Bellevue College. Self-paced with daily assignments you can complete during the workshop that will help you navigate Canvas. Advanced registration is required. Registration form for: Student Canvas Instructor-Led Training . Experienced online instructors facilitate these Workshops. Offered the week before the quarter starts & the first week of the quarter, lasting 4 days.
Student Canvas Live 60-minute Training
This is a quick and easy way to learn navigation tips in an hour. This is designed for students who need a refresher, and want to start the quarter off with strategies for success in mind. Offered the first five days of the quarter at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm.
Student Canvas Peer to Peer Live Training
This is a way to gain helpful tips, ask your questions as they come up. Offered all quarter long. Weekly training focuses all quarter long.

Classroom Equipment Support
Equipment checkout for Faculty Commons, Multi-Cultural Services [MCS], Project IDEA, Project IBEST, Film Media Production [FMP], Digital Media Arts [DMA], and Communication Studies [CMST] is provided by the eLearning department and Bellevue College Library. Program equipment is checkout at the eLearning Multimedia Desk in front of D140.
The Tech Hub

Open during Library hours
The Tech Hub is located in the center of the Bellevue College Library. Tech Rovers provide directions, answer patron questions, and assist with technical support.

- Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel – how to use desktop software
- Where to find Library Resources
- Using the copiers and printers
- Finding Study Rooms
- Resolving basic problems
- Periodically walk the two Library floors to answer targeted student questions
