AT&T
- Offering free access to their WiFi Hotspots to everyone (even if not AT&T customers)
Support for existing customers:
Comcast
- We are pausing our data plans for 60 days giving all customers Unlimited data for no additional charge.
- We will not disconnect a customer’s internet service or assess late fees if they contact us and let us know they can’t pay their bills during this period.
T-Mobile & Metro by T-Mobile
- ALL current T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers who have plans with data will have unlimited smartphone data for the next 60 days (excluding roaming).
- Providing T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers an additional 20GB of mobile hotspot/tethering service for the next 60 days.
AT&T
- All AT&T consumer home internet wireline customers and Fixed Wireless Internet can use unlimited internet data.
- Waiving data overage fees and late fees for all customers for 60 days
- The company is promising not to terminate any customer service over the next 60 days.
Verizon
- Waiving late fees
- Will not terminate service over the next 60 days
