Biography:

I joined the eLearning team in the Fall of 2017, with my passion for developing long-term relationships and connections with people by blending process improvement, project management, leadership, problem-solving, instructional design, content delivery, andragogy, website management, program development, training, assisting others with professional development, and mentoring success across multiple online platforms using communications, innovative ideas, technology, and support.


My path as a lifelong learner brought me to Bellevue College in 2013, where I received my AA in the Fall of 2014, and my BA in the Fall of 2016 in Information Systems & Technology Cyber Security & Systems Administration. Most recently, I received my master’s in education, Instructional Design & Technology with the American College of Education in the Winter of 2023, after receiving my Instructional Design Certificate from the Online Learning Consortium in the Fall of 2018.


I started at the college in the Information Technology Services division in the Fall of 2013 and brought to my career in Higher Ed two successful “Quality Service Experience” careers in retail management with Nordstrom and local banking along with community service in several organizations including the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, Business & Professional Women’s organizations, and several non-profits as a board member or volunteer contributor with a passion for tech, leadership, and mentorship.


My fun facts are I originated our Community Kindness Rock Garden through inspired authenticity, care-focused compassion, creativity, gratitude, mindfulness, and our kindness-focused affinity group. I enjoy traveling, cooking, gardening, water activities, trees & nature, writing & content creation, gaming, music & dance, organizing everything & creative arts.
