The free adobe scan PDF scanner app turns your device into a powerful portable PDF scanner that recognizes text automatically (OCR). Use this mobile document scanner to turn anything – receipts, notes, documents, photos, business cards, and whiteboards into Adobe PDFs.
You should be able to find the app within the google play store for androids or the app store for apple products.
Enrollment Verification Form:
Once you have been admitted to the program this form needs to be submitted each quarter you attend as a Running Start student. Be sure to have this completed and submitted to our office within 5 business days of your registration day so that you are cleared to register on that day. This is because our office needs at least 5 business days in order to fully process you form. Please keep a copy of the form you submit in case you need to resubmit the form. It is the students responsibility to submit this form to our office. As of April 2020 our office will only be accepting the most updated Enrollment Verification form below dated April 2020.
Due to COVID – 19 we are now accepting electronic signature from the student, parent & guardian, and the high school counselor. We are working remote only so Enrollment Verification forms need to be submitted via email to email@example.com
Student may qualify for a fee waiver if they receive any of the following:
- Free/reduced meal program
- TANF Benefit Statement
- Foster Youth
- Medicaid ID Card and Statement
- Basic Food Statement
- Other State and Federal Supported Programs
As of Winter 2021 quarter and moving forward the Fee Waiver does not cover Tuition charges from Running Start students enrolling in credits over what the high school approved. Approved credit amount is based on the Running Start Enrollment Verification form that is submitted every quarter.
Due to COVID – 19 we are now accepting electronic signature from the student. All Fee Waiver documents need to be scanned and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Information Release Form:
Bellevue College does not release information contained in students educational records to family members, other people, or agencies without the students written consent. If students wish to give permission for another person or agency to access their records, they may complete a Student Information Release Authorization form and submit it to Student Central. Use a separate form for each person or agency. The student may withdraw permission they have previously approved by completing the Withdraw Permission to Access Student Information form.
