Hello ctcLink Data Validators, (managers are cc’d)
Thanks again to the 100+ people who joined our orientation! You asked great questions and I hope you now have a better sense of what to expect as we enter this first cycle of validation. I know it is overwhelming, so if you ever feel stuck, please know you can reach out to us for help.
As promised, this follow-up email is intended to provide all of the information we discussed:
- Link to the Data Validation Orientation PowerPoint Presentation and recording
- Link to the Central Spreadsheet which contains your assigned subject, your Query Runner and corresponding workshop.
- Link to the Data Validation Cheat Sheet
- Link to the Data Validation Folder in SharePoint
- Link to the Data Validator Packet in SharePoint
- Link to the workshop dates. It may be easier to see these in the Central Spreadsheet as not all subjects are accounted for in the pdf.
- Calendar Invites to the workshops will be sent to your calendar.

Prep work:
The best thing you can do is to review your subject’s ctcLink Reference Center page (the links are in the Central Spreadsheet) and complete as much of your Canvas training as possible. It will help you understand what PeopleSoft screens you are looking at as you validate. Please talk to your manager if you are unsure of what trainings to take.
