What is ctcLink?
Hi student,
ctcLink comes to Bellevue College later this fall. It’s time for you to learn what it’s all about!
In short, ctcLink is a centralized system that allows you to:
- View/update your student information
- View/update your personal contact information
- Search and register for classes
- Add and drop classes
- Pay tuition and fees
- Check your degree progress
- and more!
ctcLink also provides a more connected experience should you attend another one of Washington state’s community and technical colleges. All 34 colleges will transition to ctcLink, and you’ll be able to use one ctcLink ID no matter where you go.

Oct. 20 – Financial aid offers and disbursement stops
Nov. 4 – Student information cannot be updated. All information in former system becomes read-only.
Nov. 8 – ctcLink “goes live” at Bellevue College
Nov. 17 – Students begin ctcLink account activation and access
Nov. 29 – Winter Quarter registration starts (ctcLink only)
Nov. 29 – Financial Aid processing resumes (anticipated; subject to change)
What to Expect During the Transition
Many processes are impacted by the transition to ctcLink. And with the entire college involved, there are many moving pieces. We’ve worked hard to make this a smooth transfer and have tutorials, live support, and other ways for you to get your questions answered.
Expect to receive several communications in the coming months with more information.
