Cybersecurity, BAS

Cybersecurity protects systems connected by the internet—including hardware, software, and data—from cyber threats. Students in this program develop theoretical and technical knowledge. Graduates are prepared to monitor and maintain system security solutions, including legal, regulatory, and internal compliance. They are able to translate security policy into technical results.

    Diane Wasler has an ATA in Network Administration from Everett Community College and a BA in French from the University of Washington. Her industry certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and Cisco CCNA. Prior to teaching, she worked as a systems and network administrator in municipal government and healthcare.

    Tom Lee received his BS in Technology from Eastern Washington University. He is certified as a technical trainer in several areas of CompTia, Microsoft, Cisco, Amazon, EMC and VMware. He works as a part-time engineer for a large enterprise and is a contractor with several local, state and national agencies.

    Anand Injeti holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Arizona and Masters in Business Administration in Technology Management from University of Phoenix. Injeti has 20+ years of Networking and IT experience, with an extensive background in Windows, Linux/Unix servers, routers, switches and IT infrastructure.
