She specializes in working with children who have experienced trauma and developmental delay.

Alicia Brender has worked as a professor, early learning director, STARS trainer, integrated pre-K administrator, and early childhood education and assistance program director. She has served on the Early Childhood Education Advisory Committee at Renton Community College, the Governor’s Early Learning Advisory Council, and testified on early learning before Washington State legislators.
