Debates about whether a college degree is worth the investment are commonplace, as the job market continues to evolve faster than higher education can keep up. As president of Bellevue College, I share these concerns.

Bellevue College is giving its coursework a virtual makeover. In September, the college landed a roughly $750,000 grant from the National Science Foundation for its "extended reality" lab.

Bellevue College Taking Steps Toward Carbon Neutrality by 2050 

With the goal to become carbon neutral by 2050, Bellevue College is taking several steps to improve its carbon footprint, including transitioning its fleet to electric vehicles, improving biodiversity, and installing a Solar plus Storage system on campus, among others. These actions and more are outlined in its new Climate Action Plan.
