2026-2027 file processing:

Fall 2026

We are reviewing files for students enrolled in classes for Fall, with a submitted FAFSA or WASFA, and who have a completed file by September 15.

Please continue to check the Financial Aid section in your ctcLink account as well as your email for updates regarding your aid.

The majority of Summer 2026 Graduation Applications were finalized on September 8, 2026.

If you are qualified to graduate, your degree will be added to your transcript. You can view your unofficial transcript online. If you are not qualified to graduate, a notification will be sent to your BC email.

Diplomas for all degrees awarded on or before 9/9/2026 have been issued. Check your BC email account for an email from Parchment.

We are processing Running Start (RS) Winter Quarter submissions submitted on the following dates:

Winter 2027

Winter quarter EVFs will be accepted from Monday, October 5th, 2026

RS New Student EVF: Processing for Winter 2027 will begin on October 21st

RS Returning Student EVF processing: Processing for Winter 2027 will begin on October 21st

Currently most tickets will receive a response within 3 business days.
