About Student Hearings

A hearing gives all parties the opportunity to present and respond to evidence and arguments. Parties may conduct cross-examinations and submit rebuttal evidence. The Student Conduct Code (WAC 132H-126) and RCW 34.05 Administrative Procedure Act define the processes. Here are some things to know and consider when preparing for a student conduct hearing.
