Service Notice: Due to power outages surrounding the Seattle and Bellevue areas, many staff are unable to access campus systems needed to call students using the callback system. As a result, callbacks may take a little longer than ususal. Please be patient as we work through this difficulty.
Use the Student Central Callback System to talk to a real person in Enrollment Services, Financial Aid, and Evaluations & Graduation. It’s easy, and fast! We get back to you on the same day, and usually within 30 minutes.

- Monday 9am to 4pm
- Tuesday 9am to 4pm
- Wednesday 9am to 4pm
- Thursday 10am to 4pm
- Friday 9:am to 4pm
You may also submit your issue or question via the Student Central online ticket system
- Add yourself to the callback line using this link: Call Me Back
- Fill out the form – name, phone number, and department you wish to talk to
- Wait for a Student Central representative to call you back (see hours of operation above)
After you submit the form and add yourself to the callback line, you receive the following:
- An approximate wait time
- A text message within five minutes of when we are ready to call you
If you cannot wait for us to call you back, you also have the option to select a date and time when you are free to take a call.

Running Start students and parents: Please visit the Running Start website for contact information. We are sorry, but Student Central staff are not able to answer specific questions about the Running Start program, including issues related to acceptance to the program and registration concerns.
