As a new student moving into the Residence Hall, we want you to have an easy time of getting connected to the college network and making use of available technology resources. Here are some guidelines.

The Information Technology Services (ITS) office operates a service desk in room B233 that you can visit in person, call or email.

Phone: Call the ITS Service Desk at (425) 564-HELP (564-4357).

In person: Help is available Monday – Thursday from 7 AM – 7 PM and on Friday from 8 AM – 4 PM. Operating hours during finals and between quarters are noted on the TeamDynamix (TDX) portal below.

Online: You can submit an issue to the TDX ticketing system in two ways:

– Through the TDX Client Portal.

– By sending an email to servicedesk@bellevuecollege.edu
